At Woofers Dog Grooming Salon, we strive to provide the best possible grooming services for your beloved pet. We understand that sometimes expectations may not be fully met, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Rendered: If a scheduled appointment was paid for in advance and we were unable to provide the service due to our error or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Grooming-Related Injury: If your pet experiences an injury directly caused by our staff’s negligence during grooming, and medical attention is required, we may offer reimbursement for veterinary expenses or a partial refund for the service.

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preferences (e.g., haircut length or style) if the grooming was carried out as instructed and to professional standards.

2. Adjustments and Corrections

If you are not satisfied with the results of your pet’s grooming, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • We will schedule a free correction session to address specific concerns (e.g., uneven cuts or missed areas).

  • Corrections must be completed within 3 days of the original appointment.

If a correction is declined, no refund will be provided.

3. Deposits and Cancellation Fees

  • Deposits: Deposits paid to secure an appointment are non-refundable unless Woofers cancels the appointment.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, no refund will be provided for the missed appointment or deposit.
